And the reason seems to be that he is watching a lot of television.

If the indictment is perceived as a vote of censure in the throat, rather than a constitutional appeal, the Liberals who advocate it do not care whether it is lost or not. They just want to do something cathartic, regardless of the real consequences.
But Democrats who long for Donald Trump to be removed from office have a better option: beat him up next year.
