Lio Rush would have the heat with the people behind the scenes of the WWE

The splitting of Lio Rush with Bobby Lashley and the defeat of last night's elimination chamber was not a surprise behind the scenes, where he would be very hot. Mike Johnson noted in PWInsider's Elite Audio (h / t Ringside News) that Rush had the reputation of being unloved by many people in the company, although he is not sure whether it's for this reason he took his loss.

"I can tell you that behind the scenes, few people were surprised by this and not surprised that Lio took the pin," it was noted.

Johnson goes on to say that Rush has "a reputation for scrubbing people – including other workers," he said. There is no solid evidence that this is why Rush took the loss or it was just a way to protect Lashley put the title on Finn Balor, adding : "I guess we'll have to see according to how Lio will be presented in the weeks and months ahead."

This is not the first time that Rush would be behind the scenes. At the end of 2017, he felt a lot of warmth after joking about Emma's departure from the company at the time.
