Lisa Marie Presley shared a rare family photo this week on her birthday, six months after her son Benjamin Keough died suddenly at the age of 27.

Presley, who turned 53 on Monday, shares a grim snapshot of a dinner party with her three daughters; Riley Keough, 31, and twins Finley and Harper, 12.

“Thank you for all the birthday wishes from everyone. Like every day, I couldn’t have done it without these three by my side. Presley wrote.

The photo appeared to show the star and her daughters having dinner together on an outdoor patio with sparkling garlands in the background.

Presley remains seated as her younger daughters, whom she shares with ex-husband Michael Lockwood, stand on either side of her.

Her eldest daughter Riley stands behind her with her arms around her younger siblings.

Presley was not active on social media in the months following Benjamin’s death in July, when he committed suicide at the family home in Calabasas, California.

But in October, she posted a heartfelt tribute to her late son on what would have been his 28th birthday.

Presley ended the post with a sad emoji and a heartbroken emoji.

That same month, an autopsy revealed Keough had cocaine and alcohol in his system when he committed suicide after arguing with his girlfriend.

At the time, sources revealed that he had “ struggled ” and that his death, while devastating, was not a “ huge surprise ” to his mother or other loved ones.

CCTV footage showed him arguing with his girlfriend, Diana Pinto, in the yard of their home.

Pinto heard the gunshot, went inside, and had to use a bobby pin to get to the bathroom. She found him dead and called the police.

It is not known how much alcohol or cocaine he had in his system, but there were traces of both, according to the report released by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
