Below is a list of preliminary levels for all sync pairs in Pokémon Masters. These are divided into the four categories of synchronization pairs: Strike (Physical), Strike (Special), Technical and Support.

As it is still early for Pokémon Masters, these Sync Pair rankings are based on the impressions of the dedicated Pokémon Masters Reddit and Discord, as well as our own selections.

Do not forget that even if you have three S-level synchronization pairs, it does not necessarily mean that you have a large team. As with all Pokémon games, History Mode repeatedly insinuates that friendship and the bonds between Pokémon and the coaches are the key to victory.

It's more true than ever at Pokémon Masters! If you do not have synergy between your synchronization pairs, you will have a bad time. Make sure you try out different sync pairs with complementary moves, stats, and types to find the best team builds and battle strategies that are right for you. Best Free Sync Pairs in Pokémon Masters

The best free pairs of Pokemon Masters synchronization

Most of the best sync pairs in this Pokémon Masters level list can only be obtained through the search for sync pairs. Even if you can relaunch your draws, you will end up relying on the opportunity to get the best pairings. Fortunately, there are many excellent synchronized pairs that you can get for free and that unlock through Story mode. Keep reading for our top five!

Rosa and Snivy

Rosa and Snivy are the best free sync pair in Pokémon Masters. You unlock the grass type duo in the very first chapter of the story and the couple will take you through almost every challenge you will encounter.

When they are fully leveled and evolved, Rosa and the third stage, Serperior, have the highest defensive stats of all the synchronized pairs. This means that the enemy is guaranteed to focus on the bulky pair and leave your fragile attack line in peace.

Rosa is also an incredible support choice with moves like X Special Atk All to feed (special) strike pairs and the incredibly useful Time to Energize that gives your motion gauge the bar of three.

Korrina and Lucario

This combat type duo is probably the first pair of sync you can unlock and can become Mega Evolve. It becomes available after completing chapter 6 of Story mode.

When all moves are unlocked, Lucario (and Mega Lucario) relies heavily on fast battles and progressive progression of stats with huge gain. Once unlocked, move Skate on Through! Increases the attack and greatly increases the speed.

When it is combined with Power Up Punch as Mega Lucario that deals damage and increases attack, Lucario becomes a fast lightning damage machine that can finish off many enemies with a single close combat shot.

Barry and Piplup

Like Rosa and Snivy, Barry and Piplup are another means of early unlocking (Chapter 2) that benefits from one of the few sync pairs that can evolve twice – first to Prinplup and finally to Empoleon.

Empoleon has one of the highest special attack stats of Pokémon Masters and the Passive Power Stream 5 skill means that the pair inflicts more damage when the movement gauge is more complete. This helps the pair of water types to synergize well with Rosa.

Alto and surskit

Viola and Surskit are a late unlock of Chapter 14 and – apart from the mediocre combo Flannery and Torkoal – are the first great Tech Sync pair that you can get for free.

This powerful pair of bug-type synchronization can evolve into a Masquerain once and offers solid defense and special defense statistics. However, pairing is at its best in cooperative battles where its trapping movements and passive move of Terrify 1 prevent trading Pokémon and losing Attack stats from their opponents, respectively.

Koga and Crobat

This free synchronization pair is unlocked very close to the end of Pokémon Masters Basic Story Mode in Chapter 16, but the wait is well worth it for this murderous duo.

More Pokémon! You can not catch them all in Pokémon Sword and Shield? Pokémon Go has the answer

Koga and Crobat have an extremely fast statistic that can be augmented with the X Speed statistic and is protected from attacks by the Haste passive skill.

Poison Fang is a decent poison attack that has a chance to inflict more and more poison damage. Not only does this reduce enemies over time, but it also leaves them open to double the damage of Venoshock.
