be willing to see and accept "something like this"

As part of the Professional Stage Art Festival "Musical August in the Seaside", for the first time in Lithuania, an impressive musical project "365 – Seasons" (Ukraine) is presented. The musical project is so unexpected and coded that creators offer viewers the chance to see and accept something like this.

Actor of the Kharkov Independent Theater "Wonderful Flower", c. An idea from the author of the project idea and installation of director Artiom Vusyk asked to tell what is happening on the stage by joking: "Shock? No Let's take it? We will create such a visual and conceptual scene, which "successfully" fights the most powerful musical composition . "

-" 365 – Seasons "- Kharkov National Opera and National Theater of. Opera and Ballet Lyssen and Kharkov [19659004] a musical project of the independent theater "Wonderful Flowers", which unites the best artists of the city. How did this project get started?

– The project was born with the offer of Armen Kalojan: Kharkov National Opera and Ballet Theater NV Liszenkov gives the big stage, the orchestral conductor and the orchestra "Les Temps of the Year "in Kharkov for the" Independent Flowers "Antonio Vivaldi and Astor Piazzolla. We look forward to the idea, concept and direction of the project.

While listening to the wonderful "Music of the Year" with Igor Kliucnik, we started to create a project scenario. Let's spread our fantasies. The characters and situations supposed to be able to play for this music are born gradually. We also took into account that the project scenario must match our age. After two weeks, the script was ready, and the selection of actors that suited these roles began. We gave rehearsals a month and a half

-What is the plot of performance?

-The illustration consists of stage paintings with separate compositions. The story begins with the fact that the mother and her father spend their adult son (Michail Zaharov, the first violin) on the adult world. The boy plays in the orchestra, accepts a girlfriend. The young man lives simultaneously a variety of contemporary life with particular problems and tendencies. The performance reflects the absurdity of modern life, the dependence on modern technology, the wealth and inequality between the bades, our boundless pbadion, the destructive power of desire and other problems [19659008] – How do you name the scene? What is this fank-futurism or unique modern art?

-The performance of the genre can be described as a grotesque engaging with safono and satire where the main instrument of the discovery of stage art becomes the body of the # 39; actor. This is comparable to the Commedia dell's arte (more commonly known as "Italian comedy", ie the presentation of humorous plays) or to a silent cinema. Many situations in the scene are reinforced by unexpected surreal twists, which further accentuate the absurdity of our modern world.

– "365 – Seasons" presents to the audience a collection of abstract characters – animals, plants and even objects that have human qualities. How do viewers understand it and accept it?

– Contemporary audiences not only learn, but also sparkle, so that the characters in the theater are not surprising and difficult to understand. On the contrary, they give viewers an additional opportunity to reflect, understand and penetrate further into the depth of the story presented.

A contemporary viewer is ready to think and ask questions. In addition, the viewer has become more demanding and this allows us, artists, to speak an increasingly complex scenic language with the public. Which is hard to reach for contemporary art.

– "The Seasons" by Antonio Vivaldi (Baroque) and Astor Piazzolla (tango nuevo). How do project participants succeed in completing and engaging in a spectacular musical piece and becoming a common entity on stage?

– Contemporary theater becomes a synthetic, adaptive and multilayered menu. This art manages to combine seemingly non-combinable things, allowing one or another subject to look differently or reveal another angle.

In our society, rapid and dynamic communication occurs, and this is reflected in the theater. We can not stay away. So, in order to attract and retain the attention of the contemporary viewer, he must be constantly amazed, preventing boredom.

Like Kharkov independent theater artists "Wonderful Flowers" manage to remain remarkable in the context of this fascinating music?

-I completely agree with the creation of such a visual and conceptual scene, which could "fight" successfully with the most powerful musical composition, is a big challenge. At each repetition and each performance, we improve our know-how: we add something, we refuse something. The process of improving performance never ends.

– What would you like to convey to the public who plans to come to the show? Or how to bring them?

-Our invitation is a proposal for Lithuanian viewers: be prepared to see something "something" new and open to "something like that" to accept. We will try to make the Lithuanian performance memorable for everyone: for both spectators and performers.
