"It can be very smart and hard to work, but if you do not get there, you stop there," says Mariy Krasnitsky, a businessman from Alytus. A rich man in Lithuania has founded four adventure parks, but he spends more time recently abroad than in Lithuania.
Lithuania in China will be known not only for basketball
M UNO Parks, founded and based in Krasnicko, has implemented more than 20 projects in the world over the last three years. Various adventure parks have been set up in Belgium, Katara, Saudi Arabia. In Finland, the United States and China, there are several adventure parks.
It is China which is the country where Mr. Krasnick's market is currently the most interested. The work allowed him to see this country completely different – not the one that is known to tourists. In China, UNO Park has already implemented five projects, as well as three others.
"Two adventure parks will be outside, one inside. In the past, many parks have been found in the forests, parks of the city and the trees and these fields will be designed on artificial structures, wooden moat, and inside metallic structures, "said Alytus, the latest plans.
According to him, the Chinese market is limitless and it favors the fact that there is relatively little competition, an unlimited season. At present, Alytus is working with one of the largest real estate development companies in China and is hoping for even more momentum.
"I am still joking that Lithuania in China will be known not only for basketball, beer and beautiful women, but also for adventure parks," smiled Lithuanians as they conquered the markets of the parks of Foreign adventure.
A few weeks ago, he attended and read a report at the Thirteenth Forum of the Chinese Ski Industry. Mr. Krasnick's message and the suggestion of adventure parks as an alternative entertainment for ski resorts wishing to have visitors throughout the year attracted not only the participants in the forum, but also the Chinese media. The China Daily article on the forum gave a lot of space to Mr. Krasnick's ideas.
There is no more expansion in Lithuania
M. Krasnickas, director of the UN's adventure parks network, does not hide: the Lithuanian market in this region is already exhausted.
"There is no more room in Lithuania to grow, we can only increase the range of services, the variety. If time can be pushed back, I do not know if I'm doing the same thing, I would add adventure park in Lithuania.Maybe I'll be abroad soon.Of course, I do not regret anything. But Lithuanians have a lot of entertainment choices, stay here and surprise is not easy, "- said the entrepreneur.
In the field of adventure parks, he did it nine years ago. This stage of his time then seemed like an adventure: Alytus for many unexpectedly gave up the career of the adventurous lawyer and chose a brand new line of business from scratch.
At the beginning of business development, the man himself took care of all the problems of the adventure park: he chose the premises and served the customers.
"I am the principle: if I can, my worker can, how can I claim from them what I can not do?" Of course, knowledge of all fields is not achievable, specialists in different fields are needed. The team has enlarged. However, the departure was such that I was afraid of any work ", – said Mr Krasnickas .
His turn at the company, which initially seemed to be an excursion, proved to be a success: after the establishment of the adventure park at Druskininkai, they quickly appeared at Vilnius, Kaunas and Šiauliai. Next year will be ten years from the first UNO Park Adventure Park in Druskininkai.
Meanwhile, the businessman noticed that Lithuania is not a country very much in favor of the activity of the adventure parks. This is largely due to weather conditions, which are often variable, seasonal. And the market is small.
But the world is great And at the same time, he finds new opportunities for his company. Mr Krasnick has already admitted to the Indian market.
Few adventures and games are not enough
Traveling across different countries of the world and working on different projects, Mr. Krasnick noted that customers want adventure parks offer games, attractions and perform a certain function – this would not only give good emotions, but the health benefits, a form of sport, are related to a useful education.
"Of course, the focus of our projects are the elements of the game. And I am convinced that the game itself benefits both the child and the adult. a number of supporting studies have been done, but by adapting to the needs of the market, we find that educational and recreational activities are also needed, so by creating adventure parks we also offer additional opportunities that allow to obtain something new and valuable ".
Foreigners increasingly want adventure parks to be adapted for people with disabilities, people with special needs, but before that, they want to see concrete examples of what things might look like.
Alytus is currently carrying out a project in Sweden. A special area for the disabled will also appear in the adventure park here. This will be the first step that will enable people with disabilities to develop. Mr Krasnick is already thinking about how to adapt people with disabilities to the UN parks operating in Lithuania, hoping to encourage other companies to pay attention to the needs of people with disabilities.
Is equal to those who have a length in advance
Although Mr. Krasnick spends more time abroad than in Lithuania, he always happens on occasion from Vilnius, where he is with his family, to return to his native Alytus and visit the relatives who live there.
It seems like a young entrepreneur already has everything and is happy. But wondering where he really is, he thinks: "What is happiness? Every day is: good and bad. See who you compare to yourself. I am equal to those who There is always something to look for, where to go, what to learn, because once you start thinking that you have accomplished everything, stop growing, "said the man of # 39; business.
According to him, hard work, self-confidence is determined by hard work, but it is never necessary to lend a hand to success, which must be nurtured and not forgotten.
