The mandate of a Seimas member in Zanavyk district is expected in September by eight politicians

The election of a Seimas member in Zanavyk district is scheduled for September 16. This constituency includes Šakiai and some districts of Kaunas and Vilkaviškis districts.
The seat of a Seimas member remained free here, when Mr. Bastys was elected in Zanavykai District, refused the parliamentary term. He accepted the decision to withdraw from the Seimas when he did not have enough votes to abolish his mandate and, therefore, a thousandth gathering organized by the Seimas.
The Constitutional Court recognized his violation of the oath and flagrant violation of the Constitution.
