The Nevada Republican Party announced Friday that it plans to appeal after a state judge dismissed a fraud complaint in the November 3 presidential election.
Carson City judge James Todd Russell dismissed the effort to overturn the results, saying a lack of evidence.
“The candidates did not prove … that illegal votes were cast and counted which should have been rejected during the signature verification process, or that legal votes which should have been accepted were not counted “in numbers that would have influenced the outcome,” he said in his decision.
