As Georgia’s two outgoing Republican U.S. senators each face a run-off election, their Democratic opponents are getting help from the same militant groups that helped President-elect Joe Biden defeat President Trump in the presidential race of the ‘State, according to a report.
Peach State voters will head to the polls on January 5, where they will decide between Republican U.S. Senator David Perdue or Democratic challenger Jon Ossoff in a race, and between Republican U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler and Democratic challenger Reverend Raphael Warnock in another.

Democrats widely credited Abrams’ efforts to topple the state in the presidential election for the first time in nearly 30 years.
On Friday, Abrams began a series of weekly briefings with Hollywood directors, agents and entertainment officials on how best to help Democrats win.
