Dave Oney, spokesperson for US Marshals Service, told CNN Dave Oney that there was no video camera showing Brandon Webber's shooting death.
The US Marshals Service said in a statement that the assistant commissioners were trying to execute a warrant and fired on Webber "in response to a threat posed by the subject".
"The marshals were trying to execute an arrest warrant against a 20-year-old man carrying several warrants of felony.In response to a threat posed by the subject, members of the working group fired with their weapons , hitting him and killing him, "said the US Marshals, he said.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations, which is the lead agency, and the US Marshals Service will conduct an internal review of the shooting.
The US Marshals Service said it would not disclose the names of the marshals involved in shooting until the investigation was complete.
