Disney knows that Lizzie McGuire's fans have grown up and are in dire need of entertainment. At Disney + panel today at D23 Expo 2019, it should be announced that a new Lizzie McGuire Hilary Duff will resume her role as Lizzy, even if she is now a disenchanted millennium. (Are not we all?)
