Louisiana man and Elon Musk fan dying of cancer wished to experience a Tesla

My Louisiana friend and colleague Cole Davis recently received his Tesla Model 3. Yesterday he shared the story of Brian Toler, who has only a few days left to live. Cole wanted to give Brian a Tesla Model S Plaid experience, but none of us know of any Plaid owners in our area (Southeast Louisiana). Brian’s other wish was to see a horse, which Cole’s mother was able to help achieve.

Cole told me Brian was battling cancer and beating him with chemotherapy when he ended up catching Covid-19. In order to defeat Covid, doctors took him off the chemo as it compromised his immune system. Once Brian recovered from Covid, they found the cancer had progressed to a point where he didn’t have much to live with. Cole told me three days – that was yesterday.

DeeDee Dupree, who is Brian’s sister, shared several photos and videos of Brian granting his wishes. She wrote:

“Today we met the cutest woman’s name Milissa davis. She and her son Cole showed so much love and kindness to my brother Brian Toler and helped complete another item on her bucket list. She has a center called Serenity sensory healing where she has an amazing miniature horse named Knox who so lovingly interacts with people with disabilities. It was such a great experience to see the horse kiss Brian and seem to know exactly what he needed.

“And if that experience wasn’t enough, his son took Brian, Donna Daigle and myself on a ride in his Tesla. Anyone who knows Brian knows he loves Corvettes, Tesla, and Elon Musk. We can’t thank them enough for the great experience and for the kindness they showed to Brian. As most of you know, Brian unfortunately loses the battle with cancer this time around, but if he tells me and me and Donna he would like to do something about it. We step in and try to make it happen. We appreciate Milissa davis for helping us have this wonderful experience today. IF you’ve never heard of Serenity sensory healing go see them. Once again, we say THANK YOU for today.

You can see photos and videos of Brian’s experience here.
