Domeanna Spell, 15, of Port Barre, Louisiana, was found in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, with Corey Shane Disotel, 47, the FBI and Spell's sister, Tessa Frederick, at NBC News on Saturday.

Disotel is an old friend of Spell's parents who had been interested in the teenager, said Frederick.

"We are now waiting for his arrival in a safe place and we will seek guidance to help him through all the trials," said Frederick.

The last time Spell was seen getting off a bus at Port Barre High School on March 28 around 7 am, police said.
