LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE 3) – A lip sync video created by members of Louisville Down Syndrome caught the eye of The Backstreet Boys.

The boys' band is currently touring the country for its biggest arena tour for 18 years.

The group realized that it was enough for them to meet the stars behind the video before their KFC Yum! Show in the center, Friday night.

While waiting to meet the Backstreet Boys, the band overflowed with enthusiasm, admiring their VIP passes and unveiling all their favorite lyrics.

"I know all the words because I'm a pop star," said Katie Croom.

Croom says she does not want to play favorites, but she can not help it.

"My favorite person is Brian. I love them all too. They are super cool, "said Croom. "I want to give it [Brian] a hug of course. It's my favorite. "

Not only was Croom able to kiss his favorite Backstreet Boy, she also consolidated her pop star status and joined her when the band sang "Backstreet's Back, ok!"
But she was not the only one to show talent.

Sam Rosch spoke with Nick Carter, explaining the whole group and his name is "Backstreet Dreams".

"I think my Backstreet Dreams group could go on tour with the Backstreet Boys," said Rosch.
A dream behind the scenes shot behind the scenes.

"I'm surprised, I'm always overwhelmed, it's so cool to meet them and they're great guys," Ellie Fizer said.
Many are longtime fans, like Connor Dawson.

"Since I was 6, I was a kid at the time, I had a VHS tape with the boys backstage," Dawson said.
He showed the movements he had been practicing for years and that you see in the lip sync video.

The whole group even had the chance to sing the song that brought them there, "I want it like that" with the band as they hugged and took a lot of pictures.
