PT – We asked if there was a video or photographic evidence that could help prove Tennant's case, and his lawyer essentially told us no.

16:53 PT – When asked what they wanted to take out of the case, Tennant's lawyer said they had no money in mind.

4:49 PM PT – Tennant said she did not go to law enforcement because she feared it would jeopardize her career.

Tennant's lawyer says it's not his intention to file a police report because he does not want to put Walton in jail.

4:43 PT – Tennant said she did not show up at first because "I was scared".

"I was scared for my job, my safety and what my job would be."

She claims to have spent years trying to overcome the incident and "bury it" – but she could not. She says that she has finally mustered the courage to tell her story.

4:40 pm PT – Kelli Tennant is thrilled by telling her story … telling how she felt Walton was "going to rape her" at the meeting at the hotel.

Tennant says she begged Walton like crazy to let her go, but he ignored his demands … until he finally gave up and let her out of the room. ;hotel.

"This type of behavior can not be tolerated," said Tennant.

4:33 pm PT – Kelli says that the alleged sexual assault occurred in 2014, when she was 25 years old.

Her lawyer says she was uncomfortable coming back to the time, but she is comfortable now.

Kelli says that she met Luke Walton about 10 years ago through the volleyball community.

The woman accusing Luke Walton Sexual Assault will be available to the media at 4:30 pm Pacific Time … and TMZ Sports will be streaming live all.

Kelli Tennant and his lawyer, Garo Mardirossian, will hold a press conference in his office in Los Angeles, they announced. They both plan to talk.

Mardirossian just issued a statement before the press conference stating: "As part of this lawsuit, Ms. Tennant speaks up and says," Once again the culture of violence against women in the NBA ".

We broke the story … Tennant – a long-time sports journalist – says Walton sexually assaulted she was in a hotel room in Santa Monica while he was an assistant coach of the Golden State Warriors.

Walton pleaded and categorically refused the allegations – with his attorney attacking the accuser as an "opportunist".

There are TONS of unanswered questions … what was the date of the attack? Is there a photo of video evidence? Witnesses? Etc.
