Reliance announced today the successor of its very popular Jio Phone and the good news of the arrival of WhatsApp at KaiOS was also shared at the announcement. While the release showed up as if WhatsApp's availability was initially specific to Jio Phone 2, HMD has now officially teased WhatsApp for Nokia 8110 4G
HMD CPO Juho Sarvikas posted a tweet on twitter that clearly confirms that WhatsApp becomes available for banana phone Nokia 8110 4G soon.

While Reliance Jio Phone has created some momentum in India with its first-for-a-feature- Phone Support 4G, KaiOS and very affordable prices, HMD is all set to give it a run for its money with Nokia 8110 4G. The Banana phone or Matrix not only has a lot of nostalgic appeal, it seems a lot more appealing than the Reliance Jio Phone.
With the availability of apps like WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube Nokia 8110 4G can even hit low-end smartphones hard with its charm. Many people like the simplicity of a feature phone and still want to use WhatsApp.
