TAMPARULI: The Sabah Ministry of Trade and Industry aims to create 600,000 jobs by 2023, under the small and the chief minister, Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal, said the sector SMEs is the "heart and pulse" of the state's economic ecosystem, since it covers more than 99% of Sabah companies and contributes percentage of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) .
