Vivo Nex S India price leak before launch July 19, will be cheaper than Oppo Find X

Last week, Vivo issued a statement announcing that the company would launch its futuristic Nex S phone in India on July 19th. As a reminder, the Vivo Nex S was launched in China at the same time as the mid-range Vivo Nex One phone last month. India is the second choice of Vivo to bring the Nex S phone after China, Vivo's home market. There is no word if Vivo will also launch the Vivo Nex A in India or not. Maybe not, at least not for the moment. Prior to the official launch of the phone, the price and availability of the Vivo Nex S in India was disclosed.

MySmartPrice managed to get the price of the Vivo Nexus S. According to them, the Vivo Nex S will be launched in India with a starting price of Rs 48,990. Which means, the Vivo Nex S will be a lot cheaper than that of the Oppo's X Find that came to India just yesterday. The Oppo Find X was launched in India for a price of 59,999 Rs.

The disclosed report also claims that Vivo will launch the Nex S in two variants in India. The base model will include 128GB of internal storage, while the high-end model will contain 256GB of storage. The disclosed price of Rs 48,990 is supposed to be the 128GB storage model.

According to the report, Vivo has entered into a partnership with Amazon India for the sale of the phone in India. The Vivo Nex S will be available for purchase via the Amazon India store in India. The phone is supposed to go pre-order on July 19 exclusively on Amazon at 13:00 IST. It is important to note that the price and availability of the Vivo Nex S have yet to be confirmed by the company. Therefore, this information should be taken with a pinch of salt.

The Vivo Nex S is a futuristic phone. The Vivo phone is different from other flagship phones like the iPhone X, OnePlus 6, Xiaomi Mi 8 and others because it does not come with a notch. Vivo Nex S comes with a pop-up camera and no glasses.

The handset comes with a pop-out selfie shooter on top, above the screen that is built from mechanical parts. The Vivo Nex S's earpiece and fingerprint sensor are placed under the screen, just like the Mi Mix.

The Vivo Nex S comes with a third-generation fingerprint scanner and is powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 chipset from Qualcomm. paired with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone sports a 1080P + 6.59-inch AMOLED display and a dual rear camera system. The main camera consists of a 12-megapixel sensor, while the secondary camera includes a 5-megapixel sensor for depth detection. On the front, the Nex S comes with an 8 megapixel camera. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Fun Touch OS and is supported by a 4000mAh battery.
