Samsung's Ingenius shade at iPhones keeps coming

Samsung's marketing engine is fully mature with barely two weeks before its Unpacked event. Given the company's sales situation this year, a lot of things depend on the success of the Galaxy Note 9. While it's recently released short clips that hint at what's going to happen, it's also pushing more ads to denigrate his biggest rival. Having nothing left to the imagination, it's a total war against the notch of the iPhone and the missing microSD slot.

Apple can be both credited and cursed to popularize the notch. Now almost everyone and everyone has a screen with a cutout. In fact, it's almost a sign of rebellion when you do not do it. And while those who have notches often offer ways to hide it, Apple does not do it. And, more importantly, it only hides the truth that it eats in the screen, no matter how much you hide it.

Samsung remains one of the last that offers a microSD card expansion and it wants people to remember it. Many may have forgotten, however, that Samsung has actually almost deleted the microSD card in 2015, in the era of the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy Note 5. The backlash has forced it to turn back but he could be a losing battle.

The only thing that Samsung has agreed with is its multi-tasking, especially multi-tasking split screen. While now available on all Android devices running Android 7.0 Nougat, Samsung has been doing it a lot longer and, to some extent, better. Of course, iOS has a shared screen support, but only if you have an iPad.

These are just the latest videos from Samsung's Ingenius ad campaign to make fun of the iPhone. It started with download speeds (which Qualcomm has also recovered) and naturally includes dongles. As entertaining as they are, no one has ever really been convinced to choose a smartphone based on commercials.
