KUCHING: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi's Abang Johari Tun Openg says the issue of the oil royalty needs to be discussed professionally between Petronas, representing the federal government, and Petros, who represents the Sarawak government.
According to him, the discussion began after the Federal Court's decision in June to dismiss the Petronas proceedings with a view to obtaining a court declaration to have exclusive ownership of petroleum and oil.
