A motorist handed over a counterfeit driver's license to a police officer who had found him smoking alcohol next to a car – while it had been him forbidden to drive for similar offenses.
Tan Siew Jing He was banned from driving for three years in November 2014 for offenses such as driving while intoxicated and handing over his brother's identity card to the authorities.
