Finally! Instagram test function to remove subscribers from public accounts

Instagram is testing a new feature that will allow public account holders to better control their subscribers. The new feature will allow users with an open account to delete subscribers while retaining their public account, reported The Verge. When a person deletes someone from the list of subscribers, Instagram does not send them notification, keeping things discreet and flexible at the same time.

Instagram also plans to allow blue tick fans to have their profiles checked. The new "verification request" process is accompanied by an official application form accessible in the application for unverified users, reports Mashable.

Using the function, we can provide account information and a copy to request verification. It should be noted that the blue tick is mentioned as being reserved for notable public figures, celebrities or international brands.

After Instagram launched a polling feature for subscribers last year, the company now has a modified version of the feature that will allow users to start conversations in Stories using a new sticker of question. The feature can be found in the sticker drawer.

Users can add a question sticker to their story by selecting it on the sticker board after taking a photo or video. They can then type the prompt and place it anywhere on the story and share it. Subscribers can see the sticker and press it to answer. The sticker questions is available on version 52 for iOS and Android.
