The Lynk & Co 03 was teased in new official photos. Although they are still partially disguised, the clichés give us the best insight into the next Chinese brand sedan since a concept was introduced at the Shanghai Motor Show in April 2017.

The 03 will use the Compact Modular Architecture platform co-developed with Volvo, which means that it will share its fundamentals with the XC40 SUV and the upcoming S40 sedan and V40 estate.

Lynk & Co said that in tests, the 03 regularly reaches a pure electric range of 40 miles. Full EV is also possible because the platform is under development to support this technology.

We have not seen the 03 yet, but the concept gave us an idea of ​​the interior of the production car. It's a world away from most Chinese designs, with a unique design and emphasis on technology – an aspect that Lynk & Co will strongly push as it expands into global markets . At the 03 preview in Shanghai, Lynk & Co executives revealed the car-sharing function based on the application. Indeed, the smartphone of the user is the car key, and drivers can share the car with friends via an app.

The company says that its cars will be connected permanently, so you can connect to the car via WiFi hotspot all outside. Embedded data will be free, for permanent connectivity.
