The ASUS TUF B360M-Plus Gaming S is a mid-range motherboard with some cool features. Compared to the Prime B360M-Plus, presented by ASUS a few months ago, the new model is part of an upscale series and offers some new features. As its name suggests, this new model is based on a micro-ATX form factor.

TUF's B360M-Plus Gaming S is based on a micro-ATX form factor with four DIMM slots. There is a yellow backlight under the audio chip and furthermore there is a steel reinforcement on the full size PCIe slot. In general, the layout is quite simple. There are two PCIe 2.0 x1 slots and a full-size PCIe 3.0 / 2.0 x16 slot. In the storage department there are six SATA ports but only three of them have been tilted. Apart from that, you get three M.2 slots allowing the installation of SSDs of different sizes. Two M.2 slots are compatible with 2280 units, the third with only 2230.

Looking at the external connectors placed directly on the I / O panel, ASUS has equipped the motherboard TUF B360M-Plus Gaming S a P / S2 connector, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, a Gigabit Ethernet port as well as an analog audio panel with optical output. In addition, there is an HDMI port and a DVI-D port. Unfortunately, there is no CMOS reset button.

In terms of price, this particular table is placed somewhere between the entry-level and mid-range market segment. In the case of the B360, we generally think that there are some interesting cards based on this chipset. The ASUS TUF B360M-Plus Gaming S is expected to cost around US $ 120
