Is the OnePlus 6T turning out to be the most popular tech giant?
Thanks to numerous leaks, the flagship device will be the company's first to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.
However, what is not finding favor with onePlus fans is that 6T will be the first OnePlus handset to say the 3.5mm headphone jack in favor of audio over USB-C.
OnePlus started with the 'T' model of smartphones from the OnePlus 3T back in 2016 and has produced two phones per year. The OnePlus 6T is the successor to the OnePlus 6 launched in May of this year.
Here's everything we know about the 6T:
Release date
The OnePlus 6T was originally scheduled to be launched on October 30th, but the launch has been made to avoid Apple's iPad and MacBook event.
Rumored specs
– The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU
– Most likely to come with the waterdrop screen design
– The smartphone is said to have a screen-to-body ratio of 86 per cent

It may include 6 / 8GB of RAM and 128 / 256GB of internal storage without support for expandable storage
– The front camera may have a configuration of 16-megapixel + 20-megapixel lens on the rear with f / 1.7 aperture
– The selfie camera may be a 20-megapixel shooter
– Will be backed by a 3700mAh battery with support for Dash charging technology
– The phone will ship with OxygenOS 9.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box
– Likely to sport a 6.4-inch Full HD + (1080×2340 pixels) Optical AMOLE display with 19.5: 9 aspect ratio
– It could measure 157.5×74.9×8.2 mm a tad larger than the OnePlus 6 and weigh 180 grams
Price & availability
The India launch, which will be in Delhi and will be more likely to coincide with the global launch, will take place on the night of October 30. Ahead of the launch, the OnePlus 6T can already be pre-booked on Aamzon India, which is the online retail partner of OnePlus.
But the reality of the OnePlus 6T will start in India on November 2. That is also the day when the OnePlus 6T will go on sale at 12 pop-ups that OnePlus is holding in 9 cities.
The price of the phone is not known yet.

OnePlus has been teasing the 6T for a few weeks now. But that will not stop the rumors and leaks. It's been officially confirmed that the phone will have an in-display fingerprint scanner and will skip the 3.5mm audio jack. They have 6T will have a revamped user interface.
According to the leaks, it should have waterdrop style notch display, Snapdragon 845 processor with the usual 6 / 8GB RAM and 128 / 256GB storage options. For the camera, leaked renderers show the same vertical stack dual camera on the rear and we think it would be a 20MP + 12MP dual camera setup with OIS.
There are also rumors floating about the addition of a new night mode, a slightly larger 6.4-inch amoled display, 3,700mAh battery, 25MP front camera and wireless charging.

Apple feels out launching for 30 Oct just a few days ago. Considering that both the iPhone and Apple Watch have been announced, this event is all about the new iPad. There have been several leaks already – they have a lot of design and slim bezels.
If rumors are to be believed, these new iPads will be the first iPads without a home button. And they will have advanced FaceID just like the iPhones. Screen sizes are expected to be 13-inch and 11-inch with Apple Pencil holder.
Essentially, these would be upgrades to the existing 10.5 and 12.9 Apple iPad Pro. Apple A12 Bionic chip and 512GB storage options. We could also see some new Macs at the event, specifically revamped MacBook Air and Mac Mini.
Honor Magic 2

At the Honor Play launch event, the company's president has announced the launch of the Honor Magic Phone launched in 2016. Called the Honor Magic 2, the device has a full view display ie no visible or a slide out mechanism for the cameras – again similar to the Oppo Find X.
They announced at the event that the phone will be powered by Huawei's flagship Kirin 980 processor. Other confirmed news about the Magic 2 is that it will support 40W super-fast charging and 15 features of protection for battery safety.
The latest leaks hint that the Magic 2 might feature a new Samsung A9. Other rumors for the Magic 2 point to an amalgamated display and in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Lenovo Z5 Pro

Lenovo's Vice President, Chang Cheng, has been teasing this upcoming flagship on Weibo for the past few weeks. The phone was first expected on October 16th but it was rumored to be a new launch date in November.
As for features, it is already confirmed that the camera will have a camera on the rear (one is a 2x telephoto lens). Also, the camera has a slide-out mechanism like M Mix 3.
According to the rumor mill, the Z5 Pro will have a 6.4 / 6.55-inch amoled display with in-display fingerprint scanner.
As for hardware, it is expected to have current flagship Snapdragon 845 processor with 6 or 8GB RAM, 64 or 128GB storage and a 4,000mAh battery. Up front, the slider will house at 25MP front camera.
