Come on Apple, you're better than that. I have been using Microsoft Windows computers for more than years that I do not remember. Then, a few years ago, I switched to Apple MacBook when Microsoft forced users to use the new Windows 10 format. I thought I was thinking about making the change for a while, and if I had to learn now a new operating system, so now was the time to switch to Apple. Things were good for a moment. However, during the past year, there have been some serious problems, including my battery suddenly dying after an update. So, what's up Apple?
I was an iPhone and Windows user. Learning the MacBook took a long time, but it was worth it. And it worked well for the first year or two, without any problem. Then, after a recent iOS update on my iPhone, things started to tumble quickly. And my satisfaction has never been denied since with my MacBook too.
Do not get me wrong. I always love the ease with which the iPhone and MacBook work separately and together. I like iCloud to store everything. There is a lot to love. However, in the last two years, there are also a lot of problems with what was an iOS with the bullet proof. And it seems that Apple does not care and does not correct them.
These last two years, the new iOS updates on the MacBook and the iPhone have made the devices less reliable. Each update tried to repair old problems but created new ones. Things that had to be processed by Apple in the next update. It's a vicious circle going on.
The recent Apple iPhone iOS update has created a new battery problem
The most recent update of the iPhone about a month ago caused a serious problem. Life of the battery. It sucks the life of my battery. To give you an example, I had the habit of letting my iPhone sit on my nightstand during the night. The next morning, I would still have 80% power, or so.
After updating the iPhone iOS, the battery is completely discharged in the middle of the night. This means that every morning I wake up to a death like a Doornail iPhone. I thought it was an obvious mistake. I thought that Apple would correct this new problem created by their update.
However, it's been a month now and still no solution. The problem still exists. So, I always fight with the same battery die day after day after day. I now have to keep the iPhone plugged during the night just to make sure it stays alive. To make sure the alarm clock works. To make sure my family can reach me in case of emergency.
And there is more. When you listen to music or watch a video, the iPhone often gets too hot to be manipulated. I am not saying that the fire is hot, but too hot to hold it or to put it in my ear.
While playing patriotic music, I received a phone call. So I took it and the phone was too hot to be comfortable. This is a brand new problem. Something that happened after the last update.
Apple MacBook iOS reliability problems are growing
So, Apple. Let me ask you a question. What is the devil the problem? And why do not you fix it? Where are you lost and why do not you find your place in the world? These are serious questions from an objective wireless analyst and a subjective user.
Several problems make me have to restart the iPhone and MacBook many times. These are such boring reliability issues, it would kill a smaller and less known company. It is to the benefit of the apples. They have built a solid reputation for customer relationships over the years.
However, the goodwill that the company has created is being shaken by these problems. Before long, if Apple does not break it, they can start seeing losses if it continues. And no one wants this to happen.
Come on, Apple, get out already!
So, Apple. Wake up. Scramble with that. Stop being so lazy or indifferent. You are aiming with the value of the Apple brand in the future. You are looking for the lives of your customers, users, consumers and business customers. The iPhone and the MacBook are not just machines. They are necessary to the life of the users for the use of the consumers and for a professional use.
You must continue to fan the fire, year after year. You can not just live with who you were. You must also stay on the cutting edge and customer focused. This kind of care is something that I am sad to say has been missing in recent years. Bring it back before it's too late.
