Man jumped off Seven Mile Road onto Lodge Freeway

STRAIT – The Lodge Freeway was closed for a police investigation on Sunday afternoon.

It happened just before 6 p.m.

Authorities said a man jumped off the overpass onto the Lodge Freeway at Seven Mile Road. Witnesses said he was trying to escape a shooting.

The human condition is unknown.

Police are still on the scene to investigate.
