– Doug Jensen, a man from Iowa, was jailed early Saturday on federal charges, including trespassing and disorderly conduct, for his alleged role in the Capitol Riot. Jensen, 41, of Des Moines, was being held without bond at the Polk County Jail and the County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ryan Evans said he was not sure if Jensen had a lawyer. Video posted online during the capture of the Capitol showed a man who appears to be Jensen, who is white, chasing a black officer down an internal staircase as a crowd of people trailed several steps behind. Several times the officer said “come back”, to no avail.
