Mansory builds another custom Ford GT

Eccentric German tuner Mansory shocked the automotive world in June 2020 when he unveiled the Le Mansory, a questionable-looking custom supercar based on the Ford GT. Well the company built a second example, and that’s just as good interesting.

Mansory revealed the second iteration of its Le Mansory supercar on Friday, all sporting the same design changes as the first car revealed last year. There is a full carbon fiber body in place of the factory panels and a brand new fascia with weird eyebrow shaped headlights. There’s also a large rear wing, a neat three-tailpipe exhaust setup, and dual roof scoops. Instead of blue, Le Mansory # 2 was finished in black with red accents. Different? Yes. Better? We are not so sure.

The interior is equally personalized, with panels and seats cropped to match the exterior color scheme. Behind the cabin is a modified version of the GT’s 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6, producing 700 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of torque. Mansory says the top speed is 220mph, a slight bump from the original GT’s 216mph.

If you want your own Le Mansory, you’re in luck. When the car was first unveiled, Mansory said she would make a total of three examples. While it’s not clear if this second is up for grabs, we’re sure the third build slot is wide open for anyone with enough dough. But if you’d rather not wait for the company to build it, the first example is on sale now.
