The Krewe of Iris, followed by the Krewe of Tucks, parade in front of the parade's camera lens on Saturday, March 2 from 11 am. The parade camera will display each procession from beginning to end.
Defensive lineman Cameron Jordan of the New Orleans Saints, offensive lineman Jermon Bushrod and receiver Austin Carr will be the grand marshals of the Tucks parade, the krewe announced Thursday. Former Saints players, including Michael Lewis and Robert Meachem, will also be shown on a tank.

The parade is scheduled for Saturday, March 2 at noon
The Krewe of Iris has lots of purple jets and girly roses that are not just cute but useful. Look for a transparent umbrella decorated with small images of sunglasses, reflective purple aviator sunglasses (the sunglasses are the signature of the krewe), large butterfly wings, a bag of purple glitter, a cup of purple wine and even more.
The theme of Krewe of Tucks this year is "Tucks Gets Sick". Look for throws reflecting the theme, such as a bandage, pill koozies and a stethoscope.

The parade camera is installed at the intersection of Napoleon Avenue and Saint Charles Avenue, just outside the doors of Fat Harry's. It's a great place to watch the parade, and the live cam show shows everything.
