Earlier this year, the 52-year-old rocker – born Brian Warner – was sued by Game of Thrones alumnus Esme Bianco for alleged sexual assault, abuse and trafficking.

Shortly after the complaint was filed, Manson’s attorney claimed the allegations were “provably false.”

In new legal documents obtained by Fox News, Manson spoke out against the allegations made against him and denied “everyone.”

Manson has been accused of sexual misconduct by several women in recent months. In addition to Bianco, he faces legal action from his former assistant who alleges sexual assault and bodily harm, and another Jane Doe with similar allegations – it is not clear whether his assistant or Jane Doe is one of the “complainants” referred to by the tribunal. docs.

Additionally, Manson addressed the statute of limitations surrounding such charges, saying 10-year status would be void in his case, leaving him only two-year status, which would have expired in 2013. The alleged incident happened in 2011 and his lawsuit was filed in April this year.

He concluded by asking that two causes of actions filed by Bianco be dismissed, arguing that they “are more than seven years time-barred and [Bianco] cannot establish an exception applicable to limitation.
