Mark Cuban plans to enter the podcasting industry as early as this year. According to a new report from Edge, Cuban plans to launch a new podcast app that allows hosts to “talk to fans live and monetize their conversations.”

The specific details of the service aren’t clear, but the service’s job postings make some bold statements about how it would differentiate itself from social media:
