In total, Walton faced six charges for the three arrests … including a charge for a firearm. He was facing YEARS in jail when he was found guilty.
But, we talked with Walton's lawyer, Michael Gottlieb, Monday … and he tells us that Walton has reached an agreement with prosecutors in court to close everything.
Gottlieb said in exchange for not pleading his case in a charge of indictment offense … Walton saw all his charges dismissed.
His sentence, according to Gottlieb, was six months of unrelated probation. Gottlieb also says that Walton will have to take a driving course.
