The first month of Marquise Brown in the NFL will remain etched in the memory of her ability to play a lot in the big game.
The Ravens' award-winning rookie is the unidentified player in the sexual assault trial against Antonio Brown, according to Pro Football Talk. Antonio's cousin, Marquise, is not involved in any fault of the accuser, Britney Taylor, but was present at the party that ended with an alleged assault, according to the case.
Marquise is expected to meet the league and support the denial of the Patriots' receiver in this affair. Taylor meets with the NFL on Monday, a week after allegations that Antonio sexually assaulted her and raped her in a civil suit were made public.
Antonio made his debut with the Patriots on Sunday, scoring four catches for 56 yards and one touchdown. He locked the locker room after the Patriots' 43-0 win in Miami before media clearance.
Marquise, the former Oklahoma star, has 12 catches for 233 yards and two touchdowns in her first two games in the NFL.
