While she was speaking at the "Friends" panel on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the first broadcast of the series, Martha stated that she was not thrilled with a Third season episode in which Lisa Kudrow's character, Phoebe, was in love with a man, played by David Arquette, who tracks down his twin sister Ursula.

"We've done a lot of rewriting on that for it to work," she told the panel, according to Page Six.

She is not very happy with another Phoebe-centric plot, in which she catches chickenpox and gives it to teammate Ryan, played by Charlie Sheen.

His co-creator, David Crane, was unable to identify any particular moments of regret.

"It's one of those things where, I do not watch the show at home, but from time to time if we travel or whatever it will be on and sometimes I'll see something … and it'll be like, "Wow, that really holds," he says, "and then there are definitely times when I'm going to," Really? We went with that? "

"Friends," of course, was a blazing success during its ten years of existence from 1994 to 2004. It's still such a fan favorite that WarnerMedia's new streaming service, HBO Max would have paid $ 85 million a year for five years ($ 425 million total) to get the exclusive rights to broadcast the sitcom, removing them from Netflix, which had already paid $ 100 million to retain the rights broadcast of the old episodes until 2019.

Late last year, Jennifer Aniston, who played Rachel Green, left the door open for a possible "Friends" meeting.

"The girls always say we would like to do it again," she revealed in an interview for "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on December 5th. "And the boys are a little less enthusiastic about it for whatever reason."

Martha has previously stated that a meeting of "Friends" never took place.
