Marvel Avengers Revealed with Release Date – E3 2019

After two years of teasing, we finally saw Marvel's Avengers version of Square Enix in action, and we have a release date: May 15, 2020.

Marvel & # 39; s Avengers is an action-adventure game for up to four players. The Avengers of Wonder Twitter said that there would be a "constantly expanding universe" with a customizable and growing list of heroes. Each new added hero will be free and there will be no loot boxes.

The following heroes were shown in the unveiling:

  • Captain America
  • Thor
  • Black Widow
  • Iron Man
  • Pontoon
  • Ant-Man (Hank Pym)

Those who pre-order Marvel Avengers on PS4 will have early beta access on a date to be determined. It is expected to bring additional benefits to PS4 players, but they have not been detailed during the show. Marvel's Avengers will be launched worldwide on PS4, Xbox One, Stadia and PC.

Developed by Crystal Dynamics (creator of the reboot series Tomb Raider) and co-developed by Eidos Montreal (the last two games Deus Ex), Avengers is presented as the beginning of a multi-game partnership between Marvel and Square Enix.

Marvel Avengers was originally teased as The Avengers Project in January 2017. We learned its real name in the approach of E3.

He is backed by a serious development talent, even beyond his two main studios, after Uncharted director Shaun Escayg and Dead Space producer Stephen Barry joined the project. 39, last year.
