The divorce of Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy has been granted, nine months after the end of their five-year marriage.
The former couple’s settlement was signed by a New York Supreme Court judge on Monday, January 25, US Weekly reports.
The actress, 34, and the French banker, 51 – the half-brother of Nicolas Sarkozy, the former president of France – agreed to a divorce deal two weeks ago in a virtual hearing January 13.
Michael Mosberg, the lawyer for the father of two Sarkozy, told the New York Supreme Court at that earlier hearing that “ the deal is now done. ”

Nancy Chemtob, who represents Olsen, said ‘all issues are resolved’ but no details were given to the court.
Olsen nodded when Judge Sattler said: ‘If we make the deal you don’t have to see me again, which as much as I love seeing everyone here I think you’d rather end with that ”.
The judge added: “Let’s go and get a divorce.”
