Mary-Kate Olsen was enjoying time off with her 34-year-old twin sister, Ashley, in New York City on Wednesday night.
Former Full House stars were grouped together for the chilly fall temperatures as they dined al fresco at an upscale restaurant that added tealights and outdoor heaters to their patio.
The sighting comes as Mary-Kate prepares for what will likely be a nasty court battle with her ex-husband Olivier Sarkozy.

Mary-Kate wore her long light brown hair in soft waves over her shoulders as she looked like she had no makeup on.
She was wearing a black coat and appeared to be sharing white wine with her sister Ashley and a friend.
Ashley also wore a black coat, but she was smart to add a black beanie to avoid the cold temperatures.

The three ladies seemed to be enjoying themselves as they chatted, Ashley laughing out loud at one point.

This sighting of the twins comes as Mary-Kate takes on her ex-husband Sarkozy on December 15 as they attempt to settle their divorce.
The center of their legal battle is their $ 13.5 million New York townhouse, which they own together.
In Olsen’s divorce petition, which she filed in the New York Supreme Court in May, she claimed that she had indeed been evicted from their rented apartment.
