A 13-year-old Massachusetts missing girl was thrown into a hospital – probably by a much older man – and pronounced dead soon after, according to a worrying new report.
13-year-old Chloé Ricard of Amesbury was dropped off at the Lawrence General Hospital emergency room in Lawrence, Massachusetts at around 4:45 pm Monday, Boston 25 News reported.
"[The police officers] Brian Dolan, the daughter's father-in-law, told the Boston 25 News. "No pulse, no nothing, they just came by car and filed it. She did not even have a pulse when they pushed her out of the car. "

Dolan said he learned that a 40-year-old man was responsible.
"The only thing that I was told earlier by another agency is … a 47-year-old filed it," said the father-in-law, distraught, to the chain. "Those who did that to my little daughter-in-law, believe me, I hope it's a lot of money, because they threw it out of the car like a garbage bag. If it was your child, if it was your sister, whether it was your brother, your mother or your father, what would you do? I am beside myself. "
Chloe's mother, Deborah Goldsmith-Dolan, told the paper that her daughter was at a friend's house the night before. She called the friend, who said that the girl was safe.
Chloé Ricard was reported to have been laid Monday in a Massachusetts emergency room, without life.

But late Monday afternoon, she began to worry about not having heard of her daughter yet – and filed a missing person report at the police station. Again, she was misled.
"I'm sitting at the police station and a girl said she was safe and someone filed her," Goldsmith-Dolan said.
Soon, the panicked mother learned that her daughter had been dropped off at the emergency room.
"It was horrible," Goldsmith-Dolan told the station. "They asked me how to identify it. My husband had to identify him by the scars. She just dyed her hair and she looked amazing.
An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday, but officials said it would take time to formally determine the cause of death, according to the report. No arrests were made.

"No matter the story," added the mother in mourning, "she's dead."
