Patricia joined the Patriots in 2004 as an assistant offensive coach and then helped the offensive line before making her way to the defensive side of the ball, taking over from 2006-10 linebackers and safety in 2011. He was named defensive coordinator in 2012 and would help lead the Patriots to two more Super Bowl titles ahead of his 2018 departure.
