The Cleveland Cavaliers have been one of the NBA’s biggest surprises this season, and they’ve found success even without one of their veterans in Matthew Dellavedova.

As rumors of Delly’s retirement swirled, the Australian Guard Twitter to say that he does not focus on that in any way.

Matthew Dellavedova, or Delly as some Cavs fans call him, has been a fan favorite in Cleveland since joining the championship squad which included Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love and LeBron James.

He then spent a few years with the Milwaukee Bucks before returning to Cleveland. Sadly, he has yet to make a game for the Cavs in the new season as he battles a concussion.

Head coach JB Bickerstaff has appeared optimistic about his return at some point this year, but the Cavs are unlikely to see him in uniform before the All-Star game.

Although he has never been a great goalscorer in his NBA career, Delly’s ability to play defense and the energy he consistently brings is the reason he has become a favorite with the loyalists. Cavs.

He played a huge role for the Cavs in their run to their first championship and hopefully he will return at some point in this 2020-2021 campaign.

If this is actually the end for Dellavedova, Cleveland fans will surely miss out on watching it every night. For now, Delly says it’s not the end and he hopes to make a comeback.
