The way to challenge “systemic electoral fraud” in the 2020 presidential election is through the courts, Trump campaign adviser Kayleigh McEnany said on Saturday.
While no evidence of such a plan was presented in court, McEnany, who is also a White House press secretary, doubled down on the allegations and accused the media of being complicit.
“We have 234 affidavits in Michigan, with voters in one county saying that’s what I observed. We have voters in Pennsylvania who say, “I showed up to vote, I was told I couldn’t vote because there was a ballot in the mail that was cast in my name that was not issued by me, “” McEnany said on “Fox & Friends Weekend. “
McEnany said “real systematic claims” exist and will be taken to court.
“It’s in our justice system that it’s going to play out, and that’s something the media can’t stand in the way. They may try to hide it, but Americans are smart. The 73 million people who turned out to vote for that president – the most votes for a sitting president – have one vote. We will be heard.
“The Tea Party movement has made its voice heard, the Trump movement is now making our voice heard and, again, we don’t need the media on our side, we can do it without them,” McEnany said.

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani alleged widespread electoral fraud at a press conference Thursday, but provided no evidence of such a scheme.
So far in court, the Truimp campaign has mainly focused on the validity of ballots and counts without claiming fraud.

“We have to keep fighting this, and the federal courts are the way and hopefully up to the Supreme Court,” McEnany said, “because voter fraud is real, and they’ve entered a pandemic. and created an electoral epidemic – – an inexcusable system, a system that should never have happened.
