Taking up her royal style, the Duchess of Sussex wore a Givenchy navy short-sleeved dress with a matching Noelle Stewart hat for festivities that commemorate the sovereign's birthday. She also wore a quilted pouch and gloves in the car.

The last time we saw Meghan, it was May 8, when she and her husband, Prince Harry, introduced their son Archie to Windsor Castle. (She wore a sleeveless white dress shirt from Grace Wales Bonner at the time.) She has missed a few major royal events since then, such as the wedding of Lady Gabriella Windsor and the American banquet celebrating the Trumps this week.

The last public appearance of Meghan took place in March on the occasion of the Commonwealth, but she still works behind the scenes and participates in private meetings with organizations she supports.

Meghan debuted in Trooping the Color last year in Carolina Herrera's off-shoulder pale pink dress with a matching hat.
