Paddy Power has ended the bets after a number of customers have placed money on dates already past.
They also plan to stop bet on the name and sex of the baby, as bettors are increasingly convinced that it will be a girl named Ivy.
"These people speak clearly to someone who talks to someone else," said Lee Price, the company's PR manager, to CNN.
He added that customers have often cleared the way with regards to Harry and Meghan's ads, recalling that the bookers had correctly guessed the date of the couple's engagement before the announcement by Clarence House.
Ivy is now the favorite of many bookmakers for the name of the child, some even offering chances of choice. He is followed by Alice, Diana, Victoria and Elizabeth, the bettors being determined to decide that the child will be a girl.
Arthur, James and Alexander are the best choices for a boy.
Royal observers have been anticipating for some time the announcement of a royal baby, the former American actress to give birth in the future.
But details are scarce and the royal couples have announced that they will keep the birth-related arrangements.
This fueled speculation that Meghan could give birth at home without informing the media for several days.
On Friday, Prince Harry shortened his next trip to the Netherlands, prompting more speculation about the impending birth.
The child will be the seventh in line of the throne.
