Meghan Markle’s half-sister Samantha Markle is pulling out a say-it-all – and their dad can’t wait to be there.
“I’m just really happy that she completed this book,” Thomas Markle told Us Weekly on Friday. “Let her tell you about the book.”
Samantha, 56, announced that she was writing a book after the former American actress got engaged to British Prince Harry in November 2017. According to the outlet, Samantha confirmed in December 2018 that she was dividing her book into two parts .
The book, titled “The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister, Part 1,” claims to reveal “hidden truths” about the family.

“Amidst a storm of fake news and media chaos, Samantha Markle shares the truth about her life and family against all odds and ultimatums, as a royal fairy tale falls by the wayside,” the report reads. official description of the book.
“Sometimes the truth is really weirder than the fiction,” he added.
The book, due out January 17, is already listed as a bestseller on Barnes & Noble.
The brothers and sisters, who have different mothers, have been separated for years. Shortly after Markle, 39, and Harry, 36, tied the knot in May 2018, Samantha was seen at Kensington Palace attempting to give the guards a letter to the Duchess of Sussex.

Samantha, as well as a rep for the former “Suits” star, did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.
Thomas, 76, and Markle also have a strained relationship. Ahead of the royal wedding, he was caught staging paparazzi photos. And as the former Hollywood lighting director was about to walk his daughter down the aisle, he announced days before the ceremony that he could no longer attend after suffering a heart attack.
Harry’s father, Prince Charles, took his place.
The relationship continued to worsen after Thomas continuously gave interviews in which he criticized his daughter, as well as the royals. Samantha also openly criticized the Duchess. The difficult relationship was reported by the British and American press.

In various interviews, Thomas has claimed that he has no way of reaching his famous daughter directly.
In May 2019, True Royalty TV co-founder Nick Bullen told Fox News the Markle family had a long way to go before their relationship with the star could be mended.
Bullen is an executive producer who has been directing shows about the British Royal Family for almost 20 years and has worked closely with Charles, 72, for the past eight years.
“How can [the Markles] fix what they did? “Mullen said at the time.” It’s pretty tricky. Thomas and Samantha both spoke to the press nonstop. Meghan even tried to contact her father. Instead, they decided to make these letters public. I would say it is way too delicate. “

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry currently reside in Santa Barbara, California, with their son Archie.

“We even interviewed Samantha recently for a show and she thinks it’s not going to be fixed anytime soon,” Bullen continued. “And as with Meghan and Harry, their goal is [Archie]. The Markles are definitely at the bottom of the list. “
