Meghan McCain and Joy Behar set the record straight in their working relationship View.
While viewers of the long-running ABC day-talk show speculated on whether the co-hosts disagreed with each other, because of their differing opinions on political issues, women are uncompromising.
"Of all the people who are behind the scenes, we get along the best," McCain insisted while talking to ET's Keltie Knight during the filming of View At New York. "Because we always want to watch the news afterwards and talk about it again."
Behar nodded, saying "Yes, that's right."
The two are listening so well that McCain thinks they should be considered for other concerts. "Normally, we do not agree, but there are still many good things to come in. I've always thought they should make us moderate the debates," she said. "Because you will start, first of all, we will not go against BS.We will also ask all the questions that both extreme sides of the party want to know and I think it is important . "
While Behar was in agreement, she noted, "They are too scared of us."
McCain, 34, and Behar, 76, agreed that they thought some Republicans were worried about coming View.
"It's not always a nice environment for Republicans," McCain explained. "But I also think that if you can not come and make our table, you have nothing to do in politics or in an elected office or, God forbid, in the presidency. fear, you must grow up. "
In agreement with her conservative co-host, Behar added, "Exactly, you can not handle theView, go down. "

McCain is exclaimed, "If you can not handle Joy and Meghan, you should not be a candidate.
Both were quick to joke during ET's joint interview on their first day of show for season 23 after a one month hiatus. "[Meghan] likes to use this sentence: "Have I just cast you in the shade?" I like that, "joked Behar. She has all these fashionable phrases. "
McCain also explained why it was important for her to be a conservative voice View. "Sometimes I'm calm, sometimes no, I mean, people watching the show know it," she said. "I'm just trying to remind myself that I represent 50% of the country.I represent a group of women even though I only have one president and that's really important."
She also credited the old View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck to inspire her when she was younger. "I'm also trying to think, as corny as it sounds, what Elisabeth Hasselbeck meant to me when I was young, because I was looking at View at the university and she was really such an icon for young Republican women, "she said. I hope that I will give this to anyone who looks. (…) I was just in Wyoming, I know that there are people in the center of the country who really feel happy that someone represents them. "
