"Meghan made it clear to recruiters that she preferred an American over a Briton and wished that they feel like part of the family rather than as a uniformed staff member.
"It's important to her, she has never hidden the fact that she's extremely proud of her American roots."

The candidate will be interviewed by the royal couple and, if successful, will be based in the newly renovated Frogmore Cottage, located in the Windsor Castle precinct, while using a car.
The recruitment agency, based in Kensington, West London, would specialize in providing bilingual child minders and preferred nannies in Norland.
Kate and Williams are known to have hired a graduate of the nanny nanny at Norland Bath College, Maria Teresa Borrallo of Spain.
Meghan and Harry are also ready to snub the royal tradition by not using the Lindo wing where Princess Diana (left) and Kate Middleton (right) have given birth.
