Meijer has announced the opening dates of three new supercentres that will open in Avon, Mentor and Stow.
The three stores will open on Tuesday, May 14th.
"We are extremely excited to open the doors of our new stores here in northeastern Ohio," said Tom Wilson, Meijer's Regional Vice President, in a press release.
The first day of activity will be celebrated by a ceremony of inauguration.
As part of the opening celebrations, the retailer will also present special promotions and events in each store starting Sunday, May 19.
"Ohio is very important to us and these new stores reinforce Meijer's ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of Buckeye State families by providing an incredible combination of service, selection and quality at a low price," Wilson said. .
Meijer opened his first store in the Columbus area in 1981.
The retailer now has 39 stores and employs 10,000 team members in Ohio.
