- Starting September 25, 2019 at 1:00 PM PDT – Coaches may receive EX Raid passes to be invited to the EX Raids featuring Mewtwo.

- Challenge Mewtwo with the Shadow Ball attack exclusively in the EX Raids!
- If you are lucky, you could meet a brilliant Mewtwo!
Are you new to EX Raids? You can become eligible to receive an EX raid pass when you win a raid battle in a qualifying gym! To find out if a gym can accommodate EX raids, check out the details of the gym. If you triumph in a Raid Qualified Battle and receive an invitation to an EX Raid, you can check your EX Raid Pass for the date and time you can challenge Mewtwo.
Fighting Mewtwo will be a difficult challenge that will require trainers to seize every opportunity – do not forget to invite a friend to accompany you! Invitations can only be sent to an ultra friend or a best friend. So do not forget to fight with friends, send gifts and exchange Pokemon to develop your level of friendship.
