The National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (Condusef) detected unfair terms in 26 contracts of deposit of Banco Inbursa, SA Institute of Multiple Bank and Grupo Financiero Inbursa, for which the corresponding fines could rise to 1 million 047 thousand 800 pesos.
